Privacy Policy

This policy explains, in plain language, what InsightBridge Global Press collects and how we handle it. We are a US business and keep our publishing and fingerprinting services deliberately narrow.

Who operates this site

The operator is InsightBridge Global Press, a Wyoming DBA of InsightBridge Global. Privacy questions, access requests, and deletion requests can be sent to [email protected].

What we collect

  • Author Console account and order data. If you create an account or purchase a manuscript service, we receive the information needed to create the account, process the order, provide support, and maintain an accurate transaction record.
  • Server logs. Our systems may record IP address, timestamps, request paths, user-agent details, error information, and related security data for operations, abuse prevention, and reliability.
  • Manuscripts. A manuscript is processed to provide the service you request. Inquiries and purchased manuscripts are never used to train AI or LLM systems. We do not sell personal data.

Analytics and advertising measurement

We use Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising UET for aggregate site analytics and ad conversion measurement only. We do not use Google Analytics, the Meta pixel, or cross-site advertising trackers. Microsoft may process identifiers under its own terms when these tools load on the production site; they are not used by us to build a cross-site advertising profile.

Cookies and local storage

The site may use cookies or browser local storage that are necessary for account sessions, security, preferences, or the author console. Microsoft Clarity and UET may use cookies or similar technologies for the limited analytics and conversion purposes described above. We do not use cookies to sell data or follow you across unrelated sites, and you can control cookies through your browser and applicable Microsoft privacy controls.

Your rights

You may email us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you. Depending on where you live, you may also have CCPA- or GDPR-style rights to portability, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent. We will verify the request as needed and respond within the time required by applicable law. Some transaction, security, or legal records may need to be retained where the law permits or requires it.
